  2. Responsible Sourcing – Ensure that all diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process and that our supply chain follows ethical and legal standards.
  3. Human Rights & Employment – Provide safe, fair, and voluntary employment. We prohibit child labour, forced labour, and discrimination of any kind.
  4. Fair Wages & Hours – Pay living wages, comply with legal working hours, and respect employees’ right to rest and association.
  5. Respect & Dignity – Maintain a workplace free from harassment, abuse, or inhumane treatment.
  6. Environmental Responsibility – Minimise environmental impact through sustainable practices in resource use, recycling, and pollution prevention.
  7. Product Integrity – Ensure our jewellery is produced to the highest standards of quality, safety, and authenticity.

Implementation:

  • This Code applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Training and communication ensure that everyone understands and follows these principles.
  • Grievance mechanisms are in place for reporting concerns confidentially and without retaliation.
  • Compliance is monitored through audits and assessments.

The Code of Conduct is reviewed annually and updated as needed to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with international standards.
