We would be delight to learn about your project and discuss details of your requirements. Either you have it all planned or need a designing assistance, we are here to support you in every step of the way.
The second stage of the production process is prototyping, using the latest CAD and 3D printing technology to create a model. The production starts after the first piece is assembled and approved.
The next step is the manufacturing. The production is done in several stages by our highly skilled employees. All-in-house casting, goldsmith work, diamond and stone cutting, gem setting, polishing as well as plating is conducted under the watchful eye of the Production Manager and the supervision of our QC team.
The project lead time is planned according to the complexity of each project.
We believe that besides a good design...
... it is all about the details.
The 3D technology provides us with the possibility of working on the smallest elements and be precise in the way that is out of reach by traditional methods.
Close cooperation between CAD designers is crucial for the development of their skills, achieving synergies and as a consequence manufacturing the product that can satisfy even the most demanding customer.
All our goldsmiths and setters work with microscopes, this way they are able to take a good care of technically advanced products. Where it is necessary we use the traditional methods, like for example hand polishing, so the final product has the finesse and subtlety of the fine jewellery.
We are also convinced that the future of jewellery production is going to be strongly influenced by advancing technology, into which we are eager to invest.
